Refund Policy

At The Walnut Company (TWC), we strive to provide clear and transparent policies for all our participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to tickets purchased for any TWC-hosted events, campaigns, or sessions and has been applicable w.e.f. 1st April 2025

Ticket Fee

The fee for participation in our campaign/event is ₹99/- (Indian Rupees Ninety-Nine only), which covers administrative and processing costs.

No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
● Duplicate Payment: If a participant is charged more than once for the same transaction.
● Technical Error: If the transaction fails but the amount is debited.
In such cases, a written request must be sent to kunal@thewalnutcompany.in within 7 days of the transaction, along with payment proof.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this policy or your participation in our campaigns/events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
